OpenBSD/ports KRoEDhZ — net/xl2tpd Makefile distinfo, net/xl2tpd/patches patch-control_c
(minor) Update to xl2tpd 1.3.10.1. While here add a small patch disabling flow control which seems broken, see https://github.com/xelerance/xl2tpd/issues/133 - with it, xl2tpd is somewhat usable against npppd/isakmpd. Been running with it since 6+ months. Discussed with sthen@
