PC-BSD/trueos 85e203b — . Jenkinsfile, etc/pkg FreeBSD.conf
Add initial pkgng config to TrueOS for testing, this will stage, sign and configure the package repo to automatically point to the latest artifacts in Jenkins. Once we confirm this works, then we can start switching over to having the pkgs mirrored elsewhere.
