cwm: Remove NO_CONFIGURE (NFC) Remove a not strictly needed NO_CONFIGURE (the package does not have any configure script but it is safer to have a `configure' phase in order to avoid possible problems (e.g. if SUBST is used and configure phases are referenced)).
